The Merry Janes have been performing as a holiday trio for over five years, honing their harmonies and getting ready to make this holiday season your best ever! You won't find a more vocally dynamic a cappella group with this much personality in Chicagoland!

 
   
  Meet "The Janes":      
    Kim Revere  
 
Kim Revere
Kim is a Michigan native, but has been living and performing in Chicago for over 10 years now.  After studying both classical and jazz at Western Michigan University, she packed her bags and moved to the Windy City.  Kim jumped right into the music scene and made her first appearance in 2000 with the premiere of Klub Kokomo at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie.  Since then Kim has been both performing and educating throughout the Chicagoland area.  She is in her ninth year with the Al Sofia Orchestra and is the Arts Ministry Director and Choir Director for the Bodhi Spiritual Center in Lincoln Park.  Kim absolutely loves singing with The Merry Janes, it is the highlight of her holiday season.  
   
    Amanda Wolff  
 
Amanda Wolff
Amanda is a Chicago native who has been involved in music since picking up a violin at the age of 7.  She received a BA in Music from Augustana College and an MMEd from VanderCook College of Music.  Amanda is lead vocalist for the Alan Gresik Swing Shift Orchestra and fronts the swing/jump blues band The Flat Cats.  She has performed at the Green Mill Lounge, Drake Hotel, Chicago Theatre, Navy Pier Ballroom, Park West, Willowbrook Ballroom, Martini Park, Star Plaza Theatre, Hotel Baker, as well as NYC’s Lincoln Center.  Additionally, Amanda has sung at the Taste of Chicago, Chicago Summerdance, WGN morning news, and participated in three USO tours across the Mediterranean.  Along with performing, Amanda teaches choir and piano classes for Merit School of Music.  This is her 5th year singing with the other Merry Janes, and it continues to get better every year.  
   
    Jen Zias  
 
Jen Zias
Jen is one of Chicago's most recognizable jazz and cabaret vocalists.  She has been the resident performer at many of they city's finest rooms, including The Pump Room in the Ambassador East Hotel and The Palm Court of the Drake Hotel.  As lead singer for the wacky Latin-fusion band, Samba Bamba, she performed on the Emmy-winning Wild Chicago Anniversary Special, and has appeared at every major area festival, including Taste of Chicago, Chicago Jazz Fest and Halsted St. Market Days.  As one half of the alt. country duo, The Shaker Sisters, her song, "All Night Through" was featured on the Season 2 Premiere of the HBO smash hit show, True Blood.  Though varied in musical interest, Christmas music has always been her great love - in 2009, she released her 4th record, Christmas Is Here, featuring fresh arrangements holiday favorites by some of Chicago's best musicians.
